⚖️ Usage & Licensing Terms
These terms apply to all digital products purchased from Glammerable, including Canva templates, print-ready PDFs, business cards, and clipart sets.
I. Personal Use License (Standard)
When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for Personal Use.

| ✅ Use the templates/files for your own personal projects (e.g., printing gift tags for your own family’s presents). | ❌ Sell, share, or redistribute the files or template links in their original digital format. |
| ✅ Modify the templates (fonts, colors, size, placement) for your own single use. | ❌ Claim copyright or intellectual property rights for the design itself. |
| ✅ Print the designs an unlimited number of times for personal, non-profit use. | ❌ Use the designs to create new digital products for sale (i.e., you cannot sell the finished invitation file to another person). |
II. Commercial Use License (Applies to Specific Products)
This section clarifies how customers can use the designs for their own business purposes.

| Business Cards & Planners | You CAN print and use the finished files for your own business or branding purposes (e.g., printing your own business cards, or using a planner PDF to manage your clients). |
| Clipart Sets | You CAN incorporate the clipart into your own original designs for physical products (e.g., stickers, printed greeting cards) sold by you, provided the clipart is significantly altered and incorporated into a larger, original design. |
| Digital Products | You CANNOT use the templates or raw files to create new digital products that you sell, license, or give away, even if you modify them. (The final output must be a printed item or a non-editable file for your own singular use.) |
III. Strictly Prohibited
- Sharing: You may not share, loan, or give the files to a third party.
- Source File Selling: You may not repackage or sell the Canva template link, the print-ready PDF, or the raw Clipart files as a standalone product.
- Trademark/Copyright: You may not use the design to create a trademark or registered copyright for yourself or your business.
